Accessing Your Betting History on tiktaktoto
Your betting history lives in your account dashboard on tiktaktoto. Log in, navigate to Account > Betting History, and you see a chronological list of every bet placed, sorted by date (newest first). Each entry shows the match or game, the bet type, your stake, the odds you accepted, the settlement result, and your payout.
We display betting history in two formats: list view (default) and detailed view. List view shows one line per bet; detailed view expands each bet to show full market conditions at placement time. You can filter history by date range, by sport (football, slots, live-dealer), by settlement status (pending, settled, void), or by specific league (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, etc.).
Pending bets appear at the top of your history with a yellow status badge. Settled bets show a green (win) or red (loss) badge. Void bets (cancelled matches, rule violations, refunds) appear with a grey badge. You can click any bet to see more detail: the exact market conditions, the event outcome, and the calculation of your payout.
On tiktaktoto, betting history is live and searchable. You can type a match name (e.g., "Jakarta vs Surabaya") into the search box and instantly filter your history to show only bets on that fixture. This feature is useful if you placed multiple bets on the same match and want to review all of them side-by-side.
Data Retained in Each Betting Record
Each bet entry on tiktaktoto's betting history includes the following data:
- Bet ID: A unique alphanumeric code assigned to every bet. Use this to reference the bet in support tickets or disputes.
- Sport and market: Football, slots, live-dealer, or esports. For football, the league (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League) and match. For slots, the game name (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways). For live-dealer, the table type (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Dragon Tiger).
- Bet type: Match result, goal total, handicap, player prop, combination, or slot spin.
- Stake amount: The exact sum you wagered.
- Odds: The decimal odds you locked at placement time.
- Placement time: Timestamp (date and time) when you placed the bet.
- Settlement result: The event outcome and your bet's result (win, loss, void, or pending).
- Payout amount: Your stake multiplied by odds (if you won), or zero (if you lost), or your stake returned (if voided).
- Settlement time: When the event concluded and your bet was settled.
History is permanent and immutable
Once a bet is settled and recorded in your history, the entry cannot be edited or deleted by you or tiktaktoto staff. This ensures a transparent audit trail for compliance and dispute resolution.
Filtering and Exporting Betting History
tiktaktoto lets you filter your betting history by multiple criteria simultaneously. You can narrow to a specific date range (e.g., "all bets from Idul Fitri to Idul Adha"), by outcome (e.g., "all wins"), by payment method tied to those bets (e.g., "all bets funded via DANA"), or by sport category.
For personal accounting or tax reporting, you can export your history as a spreadsheet (CSV format). The export includes all columns shown in detailed view and covers your selected date range and filters. Many users export monthly or yearly summaries for their own records.
We do not provide official tax documents or statements; that is your responsibility. However, our CSV export gives you all transaction data you need to reconcile with your accountant or tax authority. The export includes deposit and withdrawal entries alongside bet records, so you have a complete picture of your account flow.
Exported files are encrypted and sent to your registered email address. Download links expire after 7 days for security. If you need to re-export, return to your history and request a new export.
Dispute Resolution and Bet Verification
If you disagree with a settlement or believe a bet was processed incorrectly, your betting history is the first place to check. Review the bet entry to confirm the odds you accepted, the market conditions, and the official event result on which settlement was based.
To raise a dispute on tiktaktoto, log in, find the bet in your history, click the three-dot menu, and select "Dispute this bet." You will be prompted to describe the issue. Our compliance team reviews the bet record, the event data, and any supporting documentation, then responds within 3 business days.
Common disputes include: odds that appear incorrect (check the timestamp; odds move constantly, and your placement time determines your rate), settlement that contradicts the event result (we cross-check against official league data for Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, etc.), or a bet that should have been voided (e.g., a match postponed mid-tournament). Our betting history system flags automatically-voided bets so you can spot them immediately.
- Event result source
- We settle football bets using official league announcements (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League). For live-dealer games, the result is recorded live on video and cannot be disputed. For slots, RNG outcome is logged by our gaming system.
- Voided bet
- If a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, we void the bet and return your stake to your account balance. Voided bets appear in history with a grey status and zero payout.
- Dispute window
- You may dispute a settled bet up to 30 days after settlement. After 30 days, the record is considered final and disputes are not accepted.
Betting History Retention and Account Closure
tiktaktoto retains your complete betting history for 7 years from the date of each bet's settlement. This complies with financial record-keeping regulations and ensures you can verify past activity long after the event occurred. You can access your history anytime during this 7-year window by logging into your account.
If you close your tiktaktoto account, your betting history is archived but remains accessible to you for 7 years. You can request a final export of your complete history before closure if needed. After 7 years, records are purged from our active database but may be retained in backup archives for an additional period for legal compliance.
For special requests—e.g., you need history older than 7 years for a legal proceeding—contact our support team with documentation (court order, legal counsel letterhead, etc.). We will review the request and provide archived records if permissible under law.

Payment Method Reconciliation via Betting History
Your betting history on tiktaktoto ties directly to your deposits and withdrawals. When you review your history, you can cross-reference the funding source: bets placed after a e-wallet deposit will show that connection, and payouts from those bets will flow back to your account balance (available for withdrawal to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank virtual accounts like online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment).
This transparency helps you reconcile your tiktaktoto account with your bank statements. If you deposited our welcome offer via online payment on a specific date, you can filter your betting history to that date and confirm that your balance reflects the deposit. Over time, your balance will show net gains or losses from your betting activity on that funding source.
For detailed withdrawal information, visit your Account > Transactions section, which shows all deposits and withdrawals separately from bets. Betting history is specifically for your gaming activity; transaction history is for your banking activity.
